Specialization

I take an eclectic, strength-based approach to therapy, helping clients develop realistic goals, practical strategies, and coping skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families addressing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, stress, and relationship conflicts.
I am passionate about creating lasting change for clients, fostering a positive outlook and sustainable coping strategies. Every client’s journey is unique, and I focus on providing therapy that adapts to individual life circumstances.

Approach

My work as a therapist in Mississauga is guided by a deep belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are all supported. I pursued certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy because I have seen how unresolved trauma and past experiences continue to affect daily life, relationships, and emotional patterns. EMDR allows us to process these memories safely, reduce triggers, and create lasting change.
I integrate Polyvagal Theory–informed therapy because I believe true healing requires attention to how the nervous system interacts with emotions. This approach helps clients regulate their responses to stress, feel grounded, and build long-term emotional resilience.
As an ADHD-certified therapist, I support children, adolescents, and adults in developing focus, organization, emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills. My goal is to help clients replace frustration with practical strategies that improve confidence and performance at school, work, and home.
By integrating EMDR, Polyvagal-informed therapy, ADHD-focused strategies, and CBT techniques, I create customized, trauma-informed treatment plans that empower clients to break unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

What Sets My Practice Apart?

I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My practice combines evidence-based approaches to guide clients toward emotional healing, practical skill-building, and long-term resilience.
I provide a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment, allowing clients to explore challenges and develop solutions at their own pace. By combining EMDR, Polyvagal-informed care, ADHD expertise, and CBT strategies, I help clients strengthen relationships, manage stress, and navigate life transitions with confidence.
Clients leave therapy with practical tools, emotional insight, and self-assurance, equipped to thrive in daily life and foster sustainable wellbeing.
